We operate across 12 cities throughout the UK and host all of our experiences at our fantastic partner venues.

• Other Experiences: You'll find venue details in your booking confirmation email right after purchase

There are two ways to book:

• Single Experience: £9.99 PLY fee, plus any activity cost
• PLY Membership: from £9.99 a month, including unlimited PLY matching and curation, and your first activity ticket on most experiences

Membership has two terms and both include the same thing. £29.99 every 3 months is our best value at £9.99 a month, and £19.99 month by month is there if you would rather pay monthly.

The PLY fee covers your personality-based matching, small-group curation and the organisation of the experience.

The activity cost is the cost of the activity itself, for example, a cinema ticket or cookery class.

With membership, we cover your first activity ticket where it costs no more than your membership payment. After that, you pay the activity cost where one applies, at the discounted member rate.

For Dinner and Brunch, there is no activity ticket. You pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

The £9.99 covers the PLY side of one experience:

• Personality-based matching
• A place in a carefully curated small group
• Venue and experience arrangements
• Updates and support before you attend

It does not include the cost of the activity itself, such as a cinema ticket.

For Dinner and Brunch, there is no activity cost to pay upfront. You simply pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

PLY Membership is £29.99 every 3 months, which works out at £9.99 a month. You can also pay £19.99 month by month. Both include:

• Your first activity ticket, on any experience priced up to your membership payment
• Unlimited PLY matching and curation across any city
• No additional £9.99 PLY fee when you book another experience
• Discounted member prices on additional activity tickets

For example, if your first experience is Film Club, your cinema ticket is included. Where an activity costs more than your membership payment, such as Cookery School, you pay its member price and we always show you that before you confirm.

After your first experience, you only pay the activity cost where one applies. For Dinner and Brunch, you pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

Yes. You choose your term at checkout:

• 3 months: £29.99 every 3 months, which is £9.99 a month
• Monthly: £19.99 a month

Both terms include the same membership. Unlimited matching and curation, no further PLY fees, and member prices on any activity tickets after your first.

You choose your term on the checkout screen before you pay. Either way, it renews automatically until you cancel.

Your first activity ticket is included when it costs no more than your membership payment. On the 3-month term that covers any activity up to £29.99, and on the monthly term up to £19.99.

For Dinner and Brunch, there is no activity ticket to include, so you pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

A small number of premium activities cost more than that, such as Cookery School. There you pay the activity's member price, always shown before you confirm.

Your first activity ticket is included when you join, where it costs no more than your membership payment.

After your first experience, your membership continues to cover all PLY matching, curation and organisation fees. You only pay the activity cost where one applies, at the discounted member rate.

For Dinner and Brunch, you pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the experience. After that, the booking will be forfeited.

You're also free to cancel at any time, but please note that cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future experience.

Yes. You can book individual experiences for £9.99 plus any activity cost, and join PLY whenever it makes sense for you.

Previous Single Experience payments cannot be credited towards membership. If you plan to attend more than one experience a month, membership will usually work out better value.

After attending three Single Experiences, you'll receive 50% off your first month of membership.
